Erin Keys
Executive Director
Erin is a nonprofit leader, ordained minister, and strategic consultant with over 15 years of experience guiding organizations through growth, transformation, and mission-aligned impact. She brings deep expertise in strategy development, operational efficiency, sustainability, and change management—working alongside teams to amplify their influence and achieve lasting results. With a passion for service and a heart for advocacy, Erin is a mentor with The Women’s Mentoring Network and a certified Domestic Abuse Advocate through the YWCA. She also volunteers with The Acceleration Project, where she channels her business acumen to help mission-driven organizations thrive. In every role, she is a builder of people, systems, and communities—offering the rare ability to balance vision and execution with compassion and clarity.
Erin has been recognized nationally for her leadership and impact. She served as a Guest Chaplain for the U.S. House of Representatives, was named one of “40 Under 40 Women in Washington, DC” by Washingtonian Magazine and received the 2014 Elon University Alumni Award for Service to Church & Society.
Whether in the boardroom, the pulpit, or the community, Erin shows up with purpose and integrity—committed to shaping a more just, thoughtful, and effective world.
