Diana Jhin

Diana is a marriage and family therapist who provides compassionate, client-centered care to individuals and couples navigating trauma, relational conflict, and emotional disconnection. She offers a warm and collaborative space where clients can explore their stories, strengthen their relationships, and move toward greater healing and wholeness. Diana is especially passionate about supporting clients who are working through issues of identity, trust, and connection—both within themselves and with others.

Diana holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan, an M.A. in Christian Education from Moody Theological Seminary, and an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Kairos University. She is a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Therapist and Supervisor Candidate. Diana is also trained in Trauma Systems Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and she is a certified Prepare-Enrich facilitator, equipping couples with tools to strengthen their communication and emotional bond.
Prior to her work at Greenwich Advanced Therapy, Diana spent over fifteen years in ministry, serving as a teacher and counselor to college students, young adults, and families in both the U.S. and Asia. With a passion for teaching, she has spoken for university and community events on topics such as leadership development, the intersection of faith and therapy, the asian-american experience, and cultivating a healthy self-image. Currently, her clinical experience includes working with couples and individuals who have experienced trauma, high conflict, or significant life transitions. This background deeply informs her work as a therapist, blending insight, empathy, and a strong sense of vocation in her care for others.

Diana’s therapeutic style is grounded in attachment theory, emotion-focused work, and a deep respect for the client’s values and story. She is able to integrate faith and spirituality into the therapeutic process for those who desire it, while also honoring clients from all belief systems or none at all. She works with care and cultural humility, recognizing the complexity and richness of each client’s background and experience.

We have good reasons for both the positive and destructive things we do in our relationships; as we come to understand those reasons, we gain the power to make healthier, more attuned choices that lead to greater security and connection.
